When you book harvesting equipment through vdh.world, we collect the following operational information necessary for machinery dispatch:

Farmer Contact Information: Full name and 10-digit mobile number for dispatch updates and SMS OTP authentication.
Field Location Data: State, district, village / mandal, and road approach landmarks.
Agricultural Parameters: Crop variety (paddy, maize, wheat, etc.), acreage (land area in acres), and preferred harvesting date.
Payment Transaction Identifiers: VDH Reference ID, TpiPay gateway transaction reference, amount, currency, and payment timestamp.

2. Payment Information Security

We do not collect, process, or store sensitive financial credentials. All UPI transactions, VPA authorizations, and net banking payments are handled directly by certified payment aggregator infrastructure (TpiPay). We never have access to your UPI PIN, ATM PIN, bank account passwords, or OTPs.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

To allocate an authorized local field agent and machine operator to your village.
To enable field inspection and confirm road access for harvester transport.
To transmit schedule confirmation and machine arrival details via WhatsApp and telephone.
To track payment status and reconcile advance token balances against service invoices.

4. Public Masking and Privacy Protection

To prevent unsolicited calls or public exposure of farmer personal information, our public self-service tracking lookup automatically masks farmer names (e.g. R***) and phone numbers (e.g. 98******10). Unmasked contact details are accessible solely by authorized dispatch staff and the farmer themselves through authenticated OTP sessions.

5. Data Retention & Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade farmer information to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared exclusively with the assigned local broker and machine driver for the sole purpose of executing your harvesting service.
