1. Introduction and Platform Scope

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Farmer" or "User") and Vijayadurga Harvesters ("VDH", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the website vdh.world.

VDH operates an agricultural machinery facilitation platform connecting farmers across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, and neighboring states with certified harvester machine operators and regional dispatch brokers.

2. Booking Advance and Token Nature

2.1. The payment processed via our website is a booking advance token (standard rate: ₹100 per acre; minimum ₹100, maximum ₹50,000).

2.2. The booking advance confirms dispatch priority from our regional machinery hubs. It guarantees that our assigned local district agent will inspect the farmer's field and confirm approach road viability.

2.3. Final Cutting Rate Settlement: The final service rate per acre (customary district rate between ₹2,200 and ₹3,200 per acre depending on crop lodging, soil moisture, and straw management requirements) is settled directly on-field between the farmer and the assigned machine operator, strictly after deducting the online advance token paid.

3. Field Inspection & Machine Allocation

3.1. Machine dispatch is subject to field suitability confirmation by our local agent (checking approach culverts, bund firmness, and machine turning radius).

3.2. If our regional hub determines that soil moisture is too high for wheeled combines, we will substitute a rubber-track harvester or reschedule the harvesting window to prevent crop damage or machinery bogging.

4. Payment Security & Aggregator Compliance

4.1. All online payments on vdh.world are processed through certified third-party payment aggregators (TpiPay).

4.2. We do not store or process sensitive banking passwords, UPI PINs, or debit card CVVs on our servers.

4.3. A browser redirect alone does not constitute verified payment. A booking is marked as paid only after authentic transaction confirmation from the gateway webhook and server reconciliation.

5. Weather Delays and Force Majeure

Harvesting operations are strictly weather-dependent. In the event of unseasonal rains, hail, field flooding, or carrier breakdown, VDH regional coordinators will reschedule the harvesting slot in consultation with the farmer without any forfeiture of the booking advance.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka, India.
